Our microscopes are robust and designed for everyday work in medical practices, clinics and therapy centers. They are neither service-prone, nor are maintenance intervals foreseen.
Should really a problem occur, we have the right experts for the near-by repair on hand. We offer original spare parts and immediate access to a comprehensive stock of spare parts, so that your microscope is ready for use again.
Our microscopes are built for a long service life. Well maintained they have a long life. Changing needs are no reason to exchange a functioning microscope. With our upgrades, you always stay at the cutting edge.
The medical device has to be cleaned and disinfected before returning in order to avoid the risk of infection or injury to a third person. After this please pack the device safely.
Please complete our Declaration of the Hygiene Status and Decontamination of the Return and include it with your return.
If the device cannot be decontaminated, please contact us before shipping. Otherwise, we reserve the right to accept the consignment or we charge a processing fee of 190 Euro for the reprocessing.
